You’ve been taken prisoner by the most powerful force you will ever experience – your own imagination. It’s time to take back control.

Extreme Imagination is the first compassionate and comprehensive guide to overcoming maladaptive daydreaming.

Kyla Borcherds takes the reader on a deep dive into the science behind this little-unknown and under-researched mental-health disorder, and then outlines a four-step plan for healing from maladaptive daydreaming and rebuilding your life.

Extreme Imagination gives you all the information you need to begin your journey of overcoming maladaptive daydreaming, for less than a the cost of a single therapy session.

“Kyla has an unusual talent for translating academic knowledge to simple ideas and pragmatic advice, and she is deeply aware of the unique challenges faced by those who are addicted to their compulsive fantasizing and who wish to diminish its hold on them.”

Professor Nirit Soffer-Dudek
Past President of the International Society for Maladaptive Daydreaming
Scientific Director of the International Consortium
for Maladaptive Daydreaming Research
